It’s hard to believe it’s already been a year since the pandemic and hence a year since we’ve been able to travel internationally. Right before the travel shutdown, we were fortunate enough to enjoy a month in the foodie paradise of Penang, Malaysia after a month enjoying the wonderful beach of Koh Lanta (read: Koh Lanta destination report) and Koh Lipe in Thailand.
